Our Services

At Secure-WAN, we take a different approach to business than what you will find with many other companies. We focus on network, software and hardware support and security consultation and implementation on the Microsoft Windows platform. This is what we concentrate on and we are very good at it. That is why (unlike our competition) we do not work on Apple, Unix or other operating systems. We do not do web design or programming. We are not database engineers. We firmly believe that "a jack of all trades is a master of none". This does not mean that you are left out in the cold though. We partner with a select group of companies that believe in the same approach to customer service as we do.

Additionally, we stress a proactive approach to problem solving. By that we mean that it is much easier to prevent a virus infection than it is to clean up after an attack. We are therefore firm believers in keeping virus definitions and operating system patches up-to-date. A number of customers have asked over the years why they see us on a regular basis when they don't have any apparent problems. They have actually answered their own question, only in reverse-they don't have any problems because they see us on a regular basis and we are able to prevent many of them before they occur.
